Delivery Policy
1. Digital delivery
All copywritelabs services are delivered digitally. No physical products are shipped. Copy is delivered as Google Docs, Word files, PDF or in the client's preferred format.
2. Delivery timelines
- Starter Package: approximately 5 days from approved brief
- Growth Package: approximately 8 days from approved brief
- Agency Package: 10 to 18 days depending on scope
- Landing pages: 5 to 7 days
- Email sequences: 6 to 9 days per sequence
- Ad copy: 4 to 6 days
Timelines are from brief approval and receipt of required client materials. They are estimates, not guarantees.
3. Client responsibilities
Timely delivery depends on the Client providing: written brief approval, any required brand materials, and feedback within revision windows. Delays caused by late client action extend delivery proportionally.
4. Delivery confirmation
Delivery is confirmed by email with the final copy document. The Client has 7 days to raise written objections. If no objections are raised within 7 days, the project is considered accepted.
5. Post-delivery support
Support periods begin from delivery date, not payment date. Post-delivery support covers: revision rounds included in the package, clarifying questions about the delivered copy, and minor adjustments within original scope.
